Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped within 1- 4 working days after order is received. If you cannot find your country on the destination list then please contact us to arrange shipping. Our orders are sent out in plastic-free recycled paper packaging. Please also note we only send electronic invoices.
U.K. -Free Delivery (2-4 working days).
Europe - £5.25 (5-18 working days)
Rest of the world - £11.95 (5-20 working days, excludes USA and Canada)
Please note that UK shipping does not require a signature upon delivery, therefore Mylo & Benny cannot be held responsible for any items not received. If you would like your delivery to include a signature upon delivery, please contact us and we will email you alternative shipping costs. When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.
Faulty Products
We try our very best to ensure all products are made to meet the brand’s standards. If you believe your item is faulty please return within 30 days. Mylo & Benny will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault. If the item is found faulty by Mylo & Benny and it is not possible for us to repair the product, we will replace it with the exact item (subject to availability) with no postage costs.
Please note if items are found damaged as a result of excessive use, they are not considered faulty and will be returned.
Returns & Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send item(s) back in original packaging. To refund an item please contact us for the returns address and state whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Mylo & Benny. When returning items we advise using a tracking service or a proof of purchase. Mylo & Benny will try to process returns within 14 days.
We will not charge postage for replacement items.
Please note any SALE items cannot be refunded, only exchanged unless faulty.
We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.myloandbenny.com, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges.
